An IHUT has more moving parts than almost any other research methodology. Products need to arrive correctly prepared, reach the right people at the right time, be used properly throughout the trial, and return or be destroyed cleanly at the end.

Zest Spotlight: In Home User Testing

Precision at Scale: Prototype LED Mask Trial

300 prototype devices. 2 months of everyday use across the UK. Every unit tracked, verified and destroyed on completion.

When a global beauty and technology brand needed to test a pre-market LED face mask, with half the sample required to be verified existing device owners, we built the verification process, managed the trial end to end, and kept 300 participants engaged for the full two months.

That project is now in its next iteration. And the one after that is already in planning.
