The Ice Man of fieldwork. Deadlines melt — he doesn’t

Stuart Walters

Head of Zest

Stuart has spent over 20 years in fieldwork — starting as a fieldworker himself before building and leading the Zest operation for the past 16 years. That ground-up experience shows. He knows every moving part of a study because he's worked every moving part of a study.

As Head of Zest, he leads with a calm, steady hand that clients find quietly reassuring — especially when timelines tighten or details unravel. Clear thinking, controlled problem-solving, and an instinct for getting things back on track without drama.

Outside of work, he’s usually watching Tottenham — long-suffering but eternally hopeful — or hunting down his next great meal.

Favourite Pastime

Binging Dragon Ball with full emotional investment in Vegeta’s character arc.

Random Fact

Jade McEntaggart

Senior Project Manager

Jade has spent over a decade at Zest tackling the briefs most people quietly hope won’t land on their desk. Complex, unknown, or downright difficult projects are her sweet spot — especially large-scale CLT product testing, where her organisation, grit, and refusal to give up keep everything running like clockwork.

Precise, relentless, and trusted to get it right when the stakes are high.

Outside of work, Jade is mum to office dog Oscar, a loyal Arsenal supporter, and firmly of the belief that wine should only ever be red.
