When a global consumer electronics brand needs thousands of products in real homes, tested, tracked, and reported on. They call us.

Products arrive at our Leeds facility where we receive, record, sort and prepare every unit, adding collateral, completing reworks, and organising tracked dispatch. During the trial we manage testers directly, chasing diary and survey completion and capturing video evidence of any reported issues. On close, we handle collection and secure destruction.

Putting Beauty to the Test

One day of testing. Thirty participants. The data a beauty brand needed to get their product on TV.

When i-BRATE needed Clearcast approval to advertise, the testing process had to be rigorous, verified and watertight. We designed and delivered a tailored central location test at our St Albans facility — recruitment, scripting, session management and data reporting, end to end.

The result? A data-backed story they could take straight to QVC.
